Captains' Day 2024
On September 21st on a warm sunny afternoon, we played our final game of the season. We played on 7 rinks Captain vs President in which the Captain’s team won. This was followed by a lovely buffet with around 62 members and guests attending. Below are some pictures of the afternoon.

The five day trip to The Isle of Wight June 2024
On Monday 17 June, 44 of us set off for the Isle of Wight for three days of bowling at Sandown, Ryde and Shanklin. The weather was unpredictable when checking the week before but turned out to be glorious sunshine, overall we won, drew and lost our games. On our last day we went on a steam train trip. We had some great laughs and once again the trip was a huge success.

The Algarve trip 8-15 October 2024

Again this year we set off for The Algarve for a fun packed week of bowling. Unfortunately the weather was not very kind to us on a few days and we only managed 3.5 games instead of 5. On the one day when we could not get on the green thanks to Chris & Geoff, we commandeered the local ten pin bowling alley for a couple of hours. We spent evenings together socialising and chatting until all hours.
