Well done to Paul Stevens who is playing at 1.00pm Saturday 5th September at Potters Bar in the Harry Stanford Singles Final against J. Osborn from Harpenden.

Bob Vise Cup

Unfortunately our team was defeated by Welwyn Garden City in the triples and fours having won the singles & doubles with the overall score going to WGC.

Well done to our team of  men who are through to the final of the Bob Vise Cup on the 31st August which will be played at Potters Bar at 10.00.  Everyone welcome to come to the club to watch.  The team are:
Colin Malone, Ron McCaig, Richard Pearce, David Arnold, Jan Southwell, Bob Maule. Alan Oldham,                                                                                         Brian Vince and Keith Lucas.

On Sunday 21st June,  the Bob Vise men’s competition was played where we met Harpenden at home. A strong team came and it was fiercely competitive. PB won 5 points to 3 in the second round of the competition. The format of the competition is singles, pair, triples and full rink. We won on the pairs and Triples. Drew on the full rink and lost on the singles. In the next round we meet Batchwood away.

A good start to 2026 with Potters Bar winning the St Albans & District President Cup.  They beat the District 31 shots to 6.  The team comprised of Richard Pearce, Bob Maule, David Arnold and Chris Budden.
